A highly recommended online worship planning program. Worship Planning Online has a place to plan services, keep libraries of music (mp3 files, songs, chord charts, ties in with CCLI and iTunes) and Power Points, schedule everyone participating in the services and communicate with everyone involved. The program includes email communications to let each person know their schedule, and individual logins for all concerned. You can even chat live during a service.

If you have any doubts that technology is helping people and communities in ways that haven't been done before, check out this story. A preacher cancelled the Sunday worship service because of inclement weather. However this didn't stop him from having a service since he streamed the service from his house onto the church's website via Ustream.
