Hope Haven CEO

Hope Haven Ministries is a $40 million non-profit organization based in Rock Valley, Iowa. Affiliated with the Reformed Church, it began in 1964 as a way to meet the needs of children in the area with hearing impairments. Today, it serves special needs individuals and their families living in 30 Midwest communities through residential, employment, mental health, recovery, religious and international outreach services.

Hope Haven is looking for a leader with a strong faith and financial background. The next CEO should be someone who is comfortable working with a board structure in a highly regulatory, and ever changing, social services industry.
