Introducing a New Topic! Pastor Search Committees

So, you are now a member of your church’s Pastor Search Committee! This might elicit a variety of feelings—feelings such as excitement, fear, wonderment, or confusion. But you aren’t alone (even though it might feel that way right now).

A ministry of the Christian Reformed Church has been walking with Pastor Search Committees for years. Pastor Church Resources (formerly known as Pastor-Church Relations) is making it a priority to assist Pastor Search Committees in a variety of new and enhanced ways.

One of these ways is by introducing a new topic here on The Network called Pastor Search Committees. This new section on the site is a place for members of Pastor Search Committees to correspond with each other, share resources and best practices, and even share frustrations.

The staff of Pastor Church Resources will be very active in this new section as we seek to provide helpful resources and answers your questions as you search for a new pastor!
