Several Coffee Break leaders have told me that they think we missed a generation. Their groups are made up of women who are older than 55 and younger than 35. A group leader in Iowa told me the younger women love Coffee Break. They are saying it is the best kept secret!

Is this true about your group? What are the possible reasons? How can Coffee Break groups adapt to connect to the missing generation?

My guess is they are at work - a quick search of the coffee breaks in Grand Rapids lists the meeting times as weekday mornings.

I wonder if the under 35's are wanting to come back to a simpler, real experience of church based on conversations and relationships rather than video based materials.
