You are responsible for interviewing candidates for a new position.  What are you going to ask?  What can't you ask? We kind of know,  but a list would be helpful in putting together our list.  I have just posted "Possible Interview Questions" and "Illegal Questions and their Legal Counterparts" on the CRCNA website.  This is available with a host of other resources under "Church Finance and Administration Resources."  Check out these two postings under the section titled "Employment Issues" and then "General Employment Issues."  Does anyone have some interview questions they have used for a pastor position?  Let me know and maybe we can get some samples out there to help other churches.
