Need a Sample for Your Church?

As a church administrator working with various teams, I would often see a need to write something down to clarify a mandate, policy, or how to.  The hard part was often starting. So I would often get a draft created and send it around to others.  This really helped us to clarify as a team what needed to be included in our written document or not.

The Church Finance and Administration Resources at crcna.org are there to help you get started on documents for your church.  Do you need a budget template? I wonder if anyone else has written Crisis Communication Guidelines? If we had a staff member or volunteer working on our technology needs, what would we write down as the expectations for what needs to be accomplished?

Yes, all these subjects and many more are included under Church Finance and Administration Resources.  Some of you have probably checked out these resources but if not, take a moment today to glance at all the resources that could assist you in your church ministry.

Also, if you want to see what's been written in previous blogs on the network about a subject such as budgets, do a search on the main page for "budget" and you'll see lots of blogs written related to that subject. Do a search and check out an older blog for some insight!

So today I'm not going to write something new but head you to resources that are already out there to help you in your ministry. Hope you find something useful to your ministry today.
