As a church administrator working with various teams, I would often see a need to write something down to clarify a mandate, policy, or how to.  The hard part was often starting. So I would often get a draft created and send it around to others.  This really helped us to clarify as a team what needed to be included in our written document or not.

I wonder if anyone else has written Crisis Communication Guidelines? If we had a staff member or volunteer working on our technology needs, what would we write down as the expectations for what needs to be accomplished?
