Share What You Know With Others

The Network is recruiting volunteers who are willing to share their knowledge and ministry experiences with others on the Church Administration section on The Network.

Church Administration is a gift that takes a mix of science (procedures, processes, and techniques) and art (sensitivity to people gifts, needs, situations, and timing). If you have the gift or passion for administration please consider volunteering as a guide, regular contributor, or guest blogger.

Here are some details on the volunteers we are looking for...

Guide

Network guides are volunteers who guide and refer readers to resources and also serve as the main blogger for a particular network. They usually serve one-year terms. If you are or previoulsy have been a church administrator you could be a great candidate for this role. You do not need to be an expert in every aspect of church administration but are simply willing to share your experiences with others involved in the managing of personal and organizational resources in the church.

Check out the Guide Expectations to get the full details on what we're looking for and fill out the Network Guide Application Form.

Regular Contributor

If a one-year guide term seems a bit much for you right now, consider being a regular contributor. Perhaps you have a fresh take on budgets, key policies, building use rules, or any number of situations that come up in the day to day operations at church.

This is not the same level of commitment as expected of network guides. What we are looking for are people willing to send us just few blogs a year; to be part of a team that would contribute fresh perspectives about the world of church administration. Just use the same guide application form to let us know that you’re interested.

Guest Blogger

Finally, if you just want to dip your toe in the water, think about writing a guest blog.  Is there a practical tip you've discovered that might help others? Has your church just experienced a policy change where there are lessons worth sharing? Here is your chance to help others by sharing what you now know.

To get started submit your guest blog idea using this Blog Ideas Form. You don’t need to have it all written...just give us a bit of information about your subject matter. If we decide to use it, we’ll follow up with you about getting started writing the blog.
