Youth Ministry is a wild ride. The rewards of seeing young people grow in their faith takes spiritual, mental, social, and at times, even physical investment. The Network is recruiting volunteers who are willing to share their knowledge and ministry experiences with others for the Youth Ministry section on The Network. Here are some details on who were looking for...

Guide

Network guides are volunteers who usually serve a one-year term as the main blogger for a particular network and guide readers to resources that may be useful in ministry. If you’re a youth pastor or youth leader (or have been in the past) you might be a perfect candidate. You don’t need to be an expert in every aspect of youth ministry but simply willing to share your knowledge, experiences, or even questions that you’ve come across in working with youth.

Regular Contributor

If a one-year guide term seems a bit much for you right now, consider being a regular contributor. Perhaps you have a fresh take on discipleship, mission trips, working with parents, or any number of youth related topics. We’d love to hear them.

This is not the same level of commitment as expected of network guides. We’re looking for people willing to send us just several blogs a year; to be part of a team that would contribute fresh perspectives about the world of youth ministry. You can use the same guide application form to let us know that you’re interested.

Guest Blogger

Finally if you just want to dip your toe in the water, think about writing a guest blog. Is there a practical tip that you’ve discovered that might help others? Is there a ministry story where there are lessons worth sharing? Now’s your chance to share!
