In Case You Missed It: Faith Formation

As the summer sun is still heating up our houses and runs, here are some COOL resources our team has found this week. Some are exciting things to look forward to as we see fall approaching, while others remind us why we love summer and the stories that we share from this season.

• Expert Tips on Teaching Kids with ADHD
  Advice from an ADHD expert on helping children with ADHD get the most from church.
• In Search of Adolescence: A New Look at an Old Idea
  On September 8 Crystal Kirgiss will be releasing a book about youth ministry, uses history as a way to look at ministering to young adults in a new way.  
• Nick and Ben
  A story of the relationship between Nick, a physically disabled teenager, and Ben, a mentally disabled teenager, and how they have learned from one another as they served together at camp this summer.
• Youthfront Unleashes the Theological Imagination of Young People
  A former summer camp replaces paintball with prayer — and the youth like it.
• The Bible Project
  Check out the Bible Project, an ongoing project to create short, explanatory videos of each book of the Bible as well as videos about the major themes of the Bible. Their most recent videos are on the book of Matthew.
