I'm not sure if this is still "kosher," but could you host movie nights at private homes of members of the congregation? You could spread everyone out in the houses and watch them at the same time.

Our smallish church gave up our movie license recently b/c the new pastor doesn't use movie clips in his sermons. However, the Missions Planning Team just decided to host movie nights (3 in total) and can't justify spending $475 per year or $150 per movie. Any suggestions without scrapping the movies all together?
