I like the idea of asking that question, because... by Grace Strobosser re: Why Do You Attend a CRC Church?

People often ask how due you witness for Christ or help people who are struggling. The most common statement made is listen to what they say and act accorrdingly with love and Spiritual wisdom. What does listening look life?
Most personal conversation consists of words and expressions, but there is a hidden language that people miss all the time.
You need to read between the lines like what is the their tone, what is their motive, what is not being said and why and many more like body language. When you approach someone to help or witness you need this type observation skills and a heart that is in the conversation for them. You have to be vulnerable with them to gain trust and demonstrate your intentions. It's all about them at that moment. The last thing you need is a ego that hinders your ability to to look and listen.
What I briely described , Is the way to open a heart so Christ can work his magic.
