Larry--have you talked to anyone from Calvin Church's Safe Church team? One member did a lot of research on obtaining background checks when we created our updated Safe Church policy about a year ago. They are collecting information for the checks from many volunteers, so they must have decided how to go about it. Because so much Wisconsin court information is free and available on the web on the CCAP site, your primary concern will be getting information from outside of Wisconsin.
