I am a member of Munster CRC in Munster Indiana. I have been chairman of our Search Team twice. We just finished the search process recently and are excited to have a new Pastor coming in December. With the Lord's leading we had a very successful search process which was a blessing to the committee members and the congregation.  Through many conversations with Pastors and other churches it has become clear that many churches really struggle with this process due to inexperience and lack of resources and assistance. I think we need to find a way to improve this and help churches that are in need in this area.

Thanks for your comment about the need to find ways to improve the search process.  I hope The Network can be used as suche a resource.
