Last week was the final Sunday school session for the season. If this is true for you, too, then say it with me: YEA!!!!!!!!!!!! I love spending time with kids each Sunday, but last season we didn’t break for the summer, so it’s been a long time since the leaders had a rest. I’m looking forward to the time to recharge for the start of next season.

For families, though, faith formation is a daily reality that doesn’t stop for any season. That’s why I’m excited about the new summer articles on the Nurture blog (a website that encourages families as they grow in faith together). There are several ideas for taking God on vacation, as well as summer devotions and ways to stay connected with kids, even in the summer. Check them out on the Nurture Blog. If you’re like me, you’ll want to print a few off to put in parent’s mailboxes!
