The following letter was sent this week to all council clerks at Christian Reformed churches.

Dear Clerk of Council

The Agenda for Synod 2012 is now available on the Synodical Resources page of the Christian Reformed Church website. Hard copies of the Agenda will be mailed to church councils later this month.

In addition, a report to synod by the Task Force Reviewing Structure and Culture is also available on the CRC website as an Agenda Supplement. It was not possible to include the task force report in the printed Agenda for Synod. However, the report will be considered by the delegates to Synod 2012. It is being made available to the churches to provide them with adequate time to read and understand the report prior to synod.
