Getting Going in Helping without Hurting

When Helping Hurts has been paradigm-shifting for many churches; however, we’ve also heard the response, “Now what? How can we help without hurting? We are afraid to do anything!” This workshop will briefly review the concepts from When Helping Hurts and dive right in to the 5 principles for helping without hurting, which are included in the new edition of the book. We’ll also share tools and resources for putting the principles into action in both local and global contexts.
