Pastoral Declaration About Marriage to Use in Building Rental Policy?

We are revising our building use policy to better reflect our position that Biblical marriage is solely between a man and a women. This is response to the fact that WA state has approved gay marriages. We desire to be proactive and 'protect' ourselves from possible needless lawsuits. We desire to be pastoral too, but still be forthright in expressing that our views are anchored in scripture. Any help in this verbiage would be appreciated.
