Sabbatical Policy


Sabbatical Leave is a period of time away from the pastor’s regular duties for the mutual benefit of the church and pastor. Sabbatical Leave is for the benefit of the church and the pastor. The pastor may apply for Sabbatical Leave only if the pastor intends to return to full ministry in the church at the end of the Sabbatical period.
