Director of Worship at Discovery CRC (Cutlerville, MI)

WORSHIP DIRECTOR: Discovery CRC in Cutlerville, MI is seeking a part-time Worship Director who will be responsible for planning and coordinating the worship ministry of Discovery Church with particular emphasis on liturgy and music.

The Worship Director will work closely with the pastor and Worship Planning team to develop services that support and enhance the message of the day. The Worship Director will offer servant leadership in the music ministry of the church, focusing on the weekly vocal/instrumental teams. The Worship Director will also encourage the use within worship of the artistic gifts (music, drama, dance, writing, vocal & instrumental, decor, etc.) of individual members of the Discovery community. This position will be for 15-18 hours/week. Compensation will be based on training and experience.
