Palos Heights CRC is seeking a full-time Co-Pastor of Preaching, Congregational Care, and Administration.
The Pastor of Preaching, Congregational Care, and Administration will provide and oversee pastoral care to the congregation, along with administrative leadership to the Staff and congregation. They will work side by side with a full-time Co-Pastor of Preaching and Faith Formation. Together this team will provide transformational encouragement, learning, and support with a focus on growing the next generation of Christ followers.
The Pastor of Preaching, Congregational Care, and Administration responsibilities will include preaching and leading worship approximately 25 – 50% of the time (including exploring alternative worship opportunities) along with other responsibilities.
Interested candidates must:
- be ordained or eligible for ordination (in the CRCNA)
- be able to inspire others, including children, to use their talents within the church and their community
- be passionate about following the Word of God
- be driven to lead people to Christ through the Holy Spirit.
