Full Time Pastor at First CRC (Thunder Bay, ON)

First CRC of Thunder Bay is actively seeking a full-time pastor to be the spiritual leader of our congregation by strong teaching from the Word of God, conducting worship services, administering the Sacraments, officiating weddings and funerals, providing pastoral care and counseling, promoting the faith formation of members, instructing the covenant youth, giving visionary leadership and administration for our council, fostering community involvement, and pursuing professional development and spiritual growth.  

Established in 1959, First CRC is a multigenerational congregation that faithfully supports one another in all circumstances. Our city of Thunder Bay, the largest community on the shores of Lake Superior, is a vibrant urban hub for Northwestern Ontario offering modern amenities and a low stress lifestyle.  Thunder Bay is a unique balance of a thriving urban city nestled in God’s great outdoors and filled with stunning natural vistas.
