Bearing Hope: Mental Health & the Church


Join us in discovering the intersection of mental health and the church. Learn from experts, pastors, and other local leaders what support is available and how your church can become a safe space. Working together we can build hope in the lives of those wrestling with mental health issues in our community.

Presentation Topics:

  1. What is mental illness? What are signs and symptoms to look for in your congregation?
  2. Systems of support and appropriate boundaries
  3. How to create safe spaces in your church
  4. A local resource guide
