Engaging Visitors During COVID?

We know we are experiencing new "visitors" in our online services during this time.  We have subscribed with Text in Church to provide a means to encourage people to text "Welcome".  They are asked a couple quick info questions and there is a built in follow up to greet them to the church.

Others are watching but not contacting us.  We read the comments and "likes" to our FB Live stream every week.  When we see someone new, we PM them with a word of thanks and hope they will continue to check out the church, even if it is at a difference.  But this does give them a contact and a means to reach us a little more privately.
