Does Congregation Have Right to Request Removal of Elder?

I was wondering if the congregation has the right or ability to ask the current elders be removed and new instated?
We are currently having an issue where our elders are abusing their power (one in particular) they've gone as far as to fire our pastor without cause and without following the church order. They've done this by using the term "asking him to leave" instead of the word fired.
As a congregation many of us have been wondering how a church goes about placing new elders on council to keep these things from happening again.

Thank you I did notice that. However my question isn't how to keep the pastor (though I'm actively working on that as well) but how do we replace the current elders do nothing like this happens again?
