Comprehensive Faith Formation Plan for Preschool through High School?

Faith Formation Ministries recently received a question from a CRC pastor whose church wants to develop a comprehensive discipleship/faith formation curriculum for their children's and youth ministries.

He writes, "What I am thinking about is an approach that looks at the whole curriculum and gives suggestion for what children / youth will learn each year as they move through these ministries so that in the end parents and the rest of the church has some idea of what they have (or should have learned) through the 10+ years in these ministries."
