Here are a couple of resources for children:

We Wonder is a contemplative bible storytelling podcast for children.  They will have a scripture episode every Wednesday in Lent and a prayer episode every Monday to use throughout the week.  Then on Palm Sunday, there will be daily episodes for Holy Week.

There are also some ideas in Faith Formation Ministries' Family Faith Formation Toolkit

I found a nice devotional from The Presbyterian Outlook. We are putting the 1/2 size version in our bulletins for the 5 Sundays of Lent and full size versions in the lobby so people can have those if they'd like. We are also telling people in our weekly e-newsletter to email the church secretary if they want to have one emailed to them (we have quite a few ex-members who've moved away on the e-newsletter list).

I also posted a link in our social media to the excellent Lent project from Biola University. (They also do one for Christmas.) It has music, art, Scripture, poem, prayer, bio's and information about the artists. Really awesome.

Like a lot of CRCs our church does not do Lord's Supper weekly.  But we have started to celebrate Lord's Supper weekly during Lent for our second year.  And we've been inviting people to come forward to receive the bread and cup, rather than pass the trays up and down the pews.

Check out the Lent devotional series from Today Devotional. You receive a devotion each day of Lent; and you can also download the series in ebook form.

This Lent Beatitudes Devotional was developed to encourage our entire congregation to engage in the Beatitudes during Lent and leading into Easter. Each week's devotion is focused on one of the Beatitudes from Matthew 5. Some of the activity challenges are specific to our community but easily adaptable to any community. Our hope is that as we are blessed in Christ we would use what Jesus has given us to bless our community.
