Addressing Often Unspoken Missionary Struggles

It’s that time of year again! Missionaries and field staff are making their rounds to supporting churches. While many of us think about the cross-cultural ministry that missionaries are part of in the countries where they work, it’s important to recognize that missionaries are also working cross-culturally when they are on “home” service!

The most recent issue of Postings (which you will find below) uses hypothetical conversations to highlight what churches sometimes say to their missionaries and what global workers may be thinking. They then suggest alternate church messages that could open doors for greater transparency and benefit.
