All Good Things ...

About two and a half years ago I was asked to fill a one-year role as guide for the Global Mission page of the Network. When the first year was done I thought I might just do this forever.  t has been a lot of fun sharing ideas with you about the Global Mission of the Church and hearing some of your thoughts in return. After a quarter of a decade, it seems time to hand over the reins to someone new who has a great deal to share and represents a different piece of the comprehensive ministry of Christ's Church.

Wendy Hammond should be no stranger to you. She has provided a number of guest blogs and articles over the life of the Network. Wendy has been around the world escorting church groups to World Renew ministry sites and is deeply involved in a downtown church plant, so local and international fit together into her concept of global mission.  I'm sure you will appreciate her greatly.

I won't become a stranger, I hope. I've been encouraged to provide a guest blog of my own now and then. My regular work in missions education and engagement continues. I'd love to visit your church sometime. I'm just back from Colorado and New Mexico and will be headed to Wisconsin in a few weeks.
