"Intergenerational Ministry" is the "in" phrase these days, and the youth ministry world is beginning to explore ways to get out of its silo and find its place within the intergenerational faith formation of the entire congregation. How do we move all this talk about intergenerationality from an "in phrase" to stronger ministry? In what ways might youth ministry lead the entire congregation in navigating this shift? This webinar will describe ten specific practices that will serve both youth ministry and the intergenerational church in strengthening their faith formation work.

Presenters
Syd Hielema, a former CRC youth pastor and professor of youth ministry, now serves as Team Leader for CRC Faith Formation Ministries and co-director of the Canadian Youth Ministry Team. Lesli van Milligen has co-pastored with her husband Tom for 17 years, focusing much of her ministry in the areas of church education and youth ministry. She recently joined the Faith Formation Ministries team as a Regional Catalyzer for the Eastern half of Canada.
