Upcoming Youth Ministry and Intergenerational Conferences

September is right around the corner and we are asking ourselves again, "Where can I go to get my 'cup' refilled?"

Conferences and other places of furthering our education is important to our ongoing ministries. From time to time we get asked which events are helpful, offering tangible take-homes for us individually as well as for the churches we serve.

Last year on The Network we posted a bunch for current season. Thought it would be good to do it again.

So for this blog, I want to begin a list of events for the up coming year. I will have missed a bunch so I ask you all add your favorites to the list. Don't worry if it is a regional or national one. List it anyway.

So let me begin with these.

List as many as you can and give a brief outline "Why" this would be a beneficial event to attend.

On January 25-28, 2017 there's a wonderful event happening in Denver for children's ministry leaders, pastors, youth ministry leaders, and all other faith formation folks. Hosted by the Association for Presbyterian Church Educators this years conference features speakers Nadia Bolz Weber and Larron Jackson and includes a wide range of excellent workshops.
