Have you ever asked someone to volunteer for a position only to find, embarrassingly, that you don't really know what that position does? Churches have a lot of volunteer positions and no single elder, deacon, or pastor, or staff member can know the ins and outs of all of them. Here is a sample position description for a nursery volunteer.
