2nd Judgement

I have recently become aware of the idea, Biblical apparently, of 2 judgements. This was first impressed on me via Randy Alcorn's Heaven; I believe we parishioners would be well-served to hear this more or, at all, from the pulpit. It seems from my experience, including may non CRC experiences, that not many churches do this. The closest CRC offering I have seen is J.Nederhood's "Forever People", p.200, sermonette, entitled 'The Heavenly Printout'. I believe it would lead people to take their Christian living more seriously. It seems most people including CRCs are satisfied with "fire insurance" only.

Hi Chester, the 2nd judgment refers to a misinterpatation of Cor. 3  and that is why you don't hear it here.

Funny how the broader 'church' still entices many to unbiblical and unReformed thinking. Perhaps this post should be sent to all Church librarians so as to know what to keep their eyes out for and what not to stock the shelves with.

Hey, while we are at it, perhaps we can still do something about the Left Behind stuff.....
