How Does Your Church Help People Develop Prayer Lives That Go Beyond Sundays?

I work with many prayer coordinators of the local churches. A recent question came up about supporting prayer outside of the church service.

How is your church or your prayer ministry encouraging people to develop their own personal prayer lives? What other growth opportunities or practices are offered in your church to help others grow in the discipline of prayer? What weekly, monthly, seasonal events and activities happen through your prayer ministry programs?

Please share your ideas, what has worked well...GO!

Are you working for the CRCNA?  Where are you located?

In our classis there is a monthly meeting with the prayer coordinators for mutual support and encouragement. These are people praying for the pastors and the church leaders and they encourage the church to prayer via many creative ways, etc.
