This is the song "O Church Arise" by Keith Getty and Stuart Towned, who also wrote the well-known hymn "In Christ Alone" as well as many other beautiful modern hymns. The LORD put this song on my heart several times over the last year as I pray about our (the Church's) role in bringing love and healing to a very broken world. The song is rich with scripture. I have the lyrics with scripture in another document, but I think it's too big to post here, so if anyone would like the full document, please let me know, email me at [email protected]. Also add any scriptures that you might "think" of as you pray through this song. I encourage everyone to pray this song as a prayer in agreement with other believers.
