Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Faith Forward conference in Chicago where I represented Faith Alive Christian Resources. Faith Forward is a non-profit organization that’s all about bringing children’s and youth ministry leaders from all denominations together to discuss how to nurture the faith of children and youth in innovative and forward-thinking ways. Throughout the week, I witnessed children’s and youth ministry leaders from all over the world discover Faith Alive’s curriculum, rave about it, and even recommend it to others. And it got me thinking about how Faith Alive’s curriculum has shaped the faith of kids in both the CRC and beyond!
Over the years, Faith Alive’s curriculum has molded the lives of thousands of children, and DWELL, Faith Alive’s newest children's ministry curriculum, is no exception. By using a Reformed approach and unique, innovative teaching tools, DWELL helps kids of all ages grow in their faith in the ways they learn best.
More than 400 churches have used Faith Alive’s children’s ministry curriculum to deepen and expand the faith of its children! Do you know what Sunday school curriculum your church uses? Click the list below to see if your church uses Faith Alive’s curriculum and what other churches in your community use it.
Choosing the right curriculum is crucial to the faith formation of the children in your church, and it can be difficult to find a curriculum that has meaningful content and is fun and interactive for kids.
It’s time we rallied together as a community of faith to help awaken kids to God’s amazing story. And DWELL does just that—it awakens kids’ imaginations to God’s ongoing story. With DWELL, kids do more than hear a story. They experience it.
DWELL is intentionally crafted as an ongoing journey into God’s story. Each year builds on the previous one—from preschool all the way through grade 8. In age-appropriate ways, children are introduced to beautiful simplicity, growing complexity, and deeper mystery.
By joining the large family of CRC churches that uses DWELL and other Faith Alive curriculum, your church can immerse kids in God’s story while helping them become active participants in his work of redemption and restoration.
We’d love to hear your stories! How has DWELL or other Faith Alive curriculum molded your church and its kids? Email us or comment on this blog post. We look forward to hearing from you!
