Suggestions for Sunday School With Only a Few Kids?

Has anyone out there used clips from The Bible TV show (History Channel) for Adult Ed?
I just spoke with a Presbyterian pastor who is interested in using clips from the History channel's The Bible show as part of his adult education class. He is looking for a study guide or questions that he could use along with clips to spark discussion and help everyone reflect on the stories. Any ideas? I'm going to recommend that he check out pieces of the inductive Bible studies from Faith Alive, but I also thought someone out there might have already developed lesson plans they'd be willing to share. Let me know!

How do we train Sunday School teachers for the long-term health of our Sunday School programs?
I'm very thankful for all of our Sunday School teachers. They are all gifted people and they sacrifice their time to disciple our children. However, I'm concerned about the long-term health of our Sunday School program. We are often short of teachers and our overall program is not unified. I think it's time to conduct an annual training and visioning session for Sunday School teachers. Does anyone have a program or outline that I could borrow?

I just got a phone call from a man named Peter in Florida who is hoping to teach No Easy Answers with 9-12 graders. Can you recommend any good resources for an Easter program for kids primarily in grades 3-6?
I'm looking into having a Sunday School Easter program instead of a Christmas program this year. (There are so many other special activities that occur during the Advent and Christmas season for kids to participate in.) Has anyone else done an Easter program? Can you recommend any good resources for a play for kids primarily in grades 3-6, but possibly including younger and older kids as well?

I am looking for books to give a 10 year old boy and girl as gifts for their Profession of Faith. Any ideas? I didn't want to give them a bible since they already have one from their parents and one from Sunday school. I appreciate your help. Allen

Do you bring all the kids together or do they sing in their Sunday school rooms? I've seen lots of worship DVDs that include kids singing and song motions. Has anyone used those? Any recommendations?

What's the best way to plan for low and irregular Sunday School attendance?
Our Sunday school has low and irregular attendance (from about one child to eight or more). The leaders are currently using the Kid Connection curriculum, which seems to be a good fit for a small Sunday school. However, not knowing whether two or ten students are going to be there makes planning, even with this curriculum, a challenge and it is disheartening. The leaders asked that I solicit any suggestions or advice. Any thoughts?

Where do you donate your extra Sunday School Curriculum?
I would love to know about organizations or suggestions about where to donate extra incomplete Sunday school curriculum. Often we have extra units that are missing some sessions, or the stickers or story cards are partially used. So, they aren’t complete therefore we won’t use them again next year. But I know there are many churches and countries that CAN use them.
