What suggestions do you have for an Alpha youth program?

We're looking at using the Alpha youth program with our 7th-12th grade youth group this year (about 10 students), with volunteer youth leaders. What has been your experience with this? Any suggestions?

Tangible Kingdom

Tangible Kingdom is written by Hugh Halter and Matt Smay. They're not Reformed, but they do a great job reintroducing evangelicalism to the role of the Kingdom in evangelism and Christian life.

What is the "fruit" of your church's Alpha Course?

We're running the Alpha Course at our church now as I have in my past two churches where I've served. I'm curious about the spiritual fruit that has been harvested as a result of your experience with this program.
