The movement of #metoo didn’t start overnight. It didn’t even start after the allegations against Harvey Weinstein came out. Movements are slow things that hopefully last for the long haul.
This was one of those conferences that doesn’t just fade away from your memory once you return home. On the contrary, I was inspired to do more, study more, read more, and be a stronger advocate for victims of abuse.
