I sort of secretly hope that those leading these ministries at my church ... don't find this post. I'm afraid they will panic if they find out I've suggested people do less at church. But that's not what I'm suggesting. Rather, I'm suggesting that people do more — more of what they are gifted to do.
I got a suggestion to look into the LifeServe National Conference, and I'm wondering if anyone has heard about or attended the conference and/or the accompanying Equipping Institute.
Is Sunday a work day for you or not? If not, are there challenges in protecting your day of rest when you attend worship where you work? If your congregation considers Sunday as a work day for you, how do you find space and time for renewal on another day?
