In case you hadn't noticed The Network has a slightly different look. We changed the look and navigation at the top of the site plus we made a few font changes. Do you like it? Leave us some feedback.
When cruising around The Network, have you ever thought: "They should really blog about ..." Now you can use this handy-dandy form to suggest a blog topic for one of our Network sections.

In my experience as an elder, not many of our members are aware of denominational agencies and activities. I think it may be necessary for someone to visit the churches and/or church meetings such as congregational and classis meetings and talk about The Network.
What does it take to turn a reader into a commenter? What ideas do you have for getting others to join the conversation?
I want to take an opportunity just to thank everyone who has worked on creating the Network, keeping it up and running, and those who take the time to serve as guides for all the rest of us.

We've been busy adding new features. A couple of weeks ago we launched the 'am I subscribed?' feature. A few days ago we launched our expanded Top 10 listing. And last night we introduced another new feature ... a profile progress meter.

Email notifications are a great way to get alerted to new content on The Network. You can subscribe to any network, forum, or user. Or you can subscribe to receive all new comments added to a specific post.
As we were developing The Network, someone suggested including a "My Church" feature where you can see a list of other Network users from YOUR own congregation. It's fun to browse questions and comments from people you know in real life.
I think it'd be very helpful if you had a search box up in the header, or at the top of the page every page.
Last Wednesday we sent an email to all CRC pastors and church offices. It's something we do very judiciously — in fact, it was our first email to pastors about The Network since the launch last February. Here's a copy of the email we sent.
