I am an interim pastor at Hillcrest CRC in Denver. This Sunday our church is hosting a service of congregations with people of Cambodian, Chinese, Native American, and English speaking backgrounds. Can you share one or two creative thoughts for such a service?
There was a comment in the new hymnal thread about older people in long-term care hearing and responding to music they remember. Is it possible to inculcate these kinds of songs for people to keep with them as they age?
If you have not already heard, a group of folks from the CRC/RCA have been working on a new hymnal for our two denominations.
Here's a nice article from the GR Press about loop technology. It features a couple of CRCs who have implemented it in their sanctuaries. Any experiences to share?

At the Calvin Symposium on Worship today, the suggestion was made for a repository of worship visuals and ideas for visuals be created. A place to show and tell what we did and why — for inspiration and, if permission is granted, for borrowing. Worth doing?

Psalm singing is most certainly making a comeback. How many (more or less complete) Psalm settings does your congregation know and love to sing? Which ones are your ‘heart songs’?
