Recently, Safe Church Ministry and the Office of Social Justice collaborated to draft an action alert urging you all to write your congress members in order to help achieve justice for many sexual assault survivors. Due to this injustice many perpetrators of sexual assault still run free, and the silence speaks loudly to the survivors.

Healthy Missional Leaders Will Change Your Church

I have conducted a number of job interviews in which I noticed that I could tell within ten minutes if the candidate has participated in FaithWalking. How? These candidates are well differentiated, they handle conflict in healthy ways, they listen carefully, and they know themselves well.

Finding Joy in Diaconal Work: A Deacon's Story

They were pleased to hear what other deacons and ministry leaders had to say and one particular email came from Ada Kloet. DMC Staffer Erin Knight had the pleasure of talking to Ada about her experience growing up in the CRC and also about serving as a deacon.

Staying Connected With Sporadic Attenders

Self-identified North American church goers attend church, on average, just once per month. Providence CRC recognized this challenge and is choosing a proactive approach to keep people connected even when they not present on Sunday mornings.
