One prevalent problem in our churches is disappearance of people from age 18 to 30. Even the most active youth group kids seem to go away to college and virtually disappear off of the congregations' radar.

...a positive (I hope!) example to the young men and women in my church,
...a Leadership Exchange Coordinator,
...a preacher of the Word (technically, I 'exhort'... not preach.)
...a seeker of joy and a fan of laughter and celebration.
