Synodical Faith Formation Committee

We are the Faith Formation Committee, established by Synod 2007 and appointed by the Board of Trustees. (Check out our mandate here.) We've been asked to study, to serve as a resource, and to engage congregations and classes in dialogue about current practices of baptism, the Lord's Supper (especially as it relates to children's participation), and profession of faith—with an eye toward deepening, revitalizing, and celebrating in community each of these milestones that mark a person's faith journey and life of discipleship.
