Many churches are now dealing with the reality of losing the Millennial Generation (presently 18-30 year olds) for good. If that seems unacceptable to you and your church, then there may be some options to help your church become more relevant to this tough-to-define audience. But be warned, this webinar is not for the faint of heart - you will have to do some tough soul-searching to do about who you are and about who God is calling your church to be. Most churches who are losing young adults are actually having unhealthy traits, deep character flaws and bad practices revealed that must be dealt with. The CRC's YALT (Young Adult Leadership Taskforce) has walked other churches through this and will help you do it, as well.

Our presenters: Rev. Mark Hilbelink is the Lead Pastor of Sunrise Community Church (CRC) in Austin, TX and is part of the Executive Team for YALT. He blogs at Momentum and speaks to various groups about Leadership Development, Church Rehabilitation and Intergenerational Ministry. Amy Vander Vliet works for the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace and World Affairs and is on the Executive Team for YALT. She blogs at Momentum and speaks to groups on lay leadership in the local church.

Additional resources are available on the YALT website Check out the two blogs which were written to answer questions submitted prior to the webinar in Overflow Q&A Part I and Part II.
