Does your church have a ministry for college and post-college folks? If so, what do you call it?

I’m wondering about alternatives to the often-used “College and Career” group?

We also call our group 'College & Careers' and would be interested to see other ideas.... Young Adults? Or maybe the name is also the theme... 'Fuse' or 'Thrive' or such

I'm all about ministry "with," not ministry "to." How about inviting the group for a get together and asking them to come up with a name that resonates with them?
