Do you ever wonder what it is life is like for parents in your church who have children with autism; developmental disabilities; or physical, visual, hearing, or intellectual impairments? Your ministry will be enhanced if you ask them, and also if you check out this video. Three parents, who also are ministry leaders, describe their experiences with their own children who have disabilities.
This video would make an excellent training session for ministry leaders, especially those engaged in caring ministry. This presentation was part of the conference “Doing Ministry With Youth on the Margins” sponsored by Christian Reformed and Reformed Church in America Disability Concerns in Grand Rapids, Michigan, August 8, 2014.
