The Cultural Intelligence Building Workshop focuses on concrete skills to improve our ability to act and react in positive ways across cultural lines.

The four concrete skill areas include: 

  1. Knowledge
  2. Motivation
  3. Interpretation
  4. Behavior

Through carefully tailored interactive exercises, participants become aware of their personal lifelong journey in Cultural Intelligence (CQ), as they build their own capacity to improve their CQ over time. This workshop is available for anyone who is interested in breaking down cultural barriers and developing a better understanding of the diverse people that make up the Kingdom of God!
