We want to make sure everyone across our churches has the opportunity to join a Hearts Exchanged cohort this fall. While general cohorts kick off in September, keep in mind that custom cohorts tailored specifically to your congregation can be launched at any time of the year!

To help you spread the word in your community, we’ve put together a toolkit of graphics, videos, bulletin texts, and newsletter blurbs below. If you need any additional materials or customized resources, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. You can also explore real stories from past participants and read through our frequently asked questions at crcna.org/hearts-exchanged.
