The Network was designed with the belief that people with ministry experience and passion can help and encourage others. Our section guides are one source of that encouragement, and they’ve been helping build this site blog-by-blog for more than three years.

In addition, many of you have shared guest blogs, posted forum topics, commented, and encouraged. You, too, have played a key role in building our online community.

Recently, we invited some of our guest bloggers and former guides to take on a new role on The Network. And today we’re excited to announce a new lineup of “Special Contributors.” They’re like columnists, without the column and without the big bucks.

Over the next year, our Special Contributors will regularly share their ministry perspectives and wisdom across many different sections of The Network. Our group is a bi-national assortment of ordained and unordained, authors and editors, active and retired pastors, an IT Director, a church planter or two, computer geeks, reflective types, some retired network guides, a seminary president and more.

It’s our pleasure to be able to introduce them to you today. You can click on their name links to see who’s who and see what they’ve written in the past:

Watch for their new blogs which we’ll start posting in October. To make sure that you don't miss a single one you can subscribe to the weekly Network email.

We trust you’ll be encouraged by their words, and that you’ll enrich the conversation by engaging with them in the comments.
